Let’s be clear about the type of work that results in a successful Passion Project:   

 

• An original science experiment

• An original piece of art, music, drama, dance, play, etc.

• An original piece of work on a topic that interests you (written essay, website, etc)

• An original game, app, novel or illustrated book

• An invention or redesign of an existing product that better serves it’s purpose

• A prototype or design of a product that solves a problem you identify

• An original piece of work that investigates a career

• The implementation of a program that benefits the community

Whatever you decide your passion project is,  it needs to align with your individual strengths we've been discovering all year. Don’t rush the design, building, performing, writing or doing. A considerable amount of preparation needs to occur prior to actual product or event. Your Passion Project needs to have a strong purpose and you should think about how to meet your goals.
